How do I modify an order?
If your order hasn't been despatched we can add to or remove items.
How do I track an order?
Oreders are sent out untracked and will arrive in your regular post. Sending them untracked helps to ensure they get through customs as tracked orders ususally attrect more scrutiny from customs officers. We keep postage receipts for all orders sent out though so we can track an order to check if it's been despatched or not.
Why is my order delayed?
Orders to some Asian countries, South America, USA and especailly Canada can take a little while longer to arrive. Feel free to contact us though if you haven't got your order when expeccted.
